PLAGIARISM SCREENING

MADANI: Jurnal Studi Islam is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of every published manuscript. All submitted manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process.

The editorial team will evaluate the similarity index of each manuscript to identify potential plagiarism, duplication, or improper citation practices.

The journal applies the following plagiarism policy:

  • Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism.
  • The maximum similarity index allowed is 25%.
  • Proper citation and referencing must be applied to all sources used in the manuscript.
  • Manuscripts identified as containing plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical publication practices may be:
    • rejected,
    • returned to the authors for revision,
    • or retracted if already published.

Authors are fully responsible for the originality and authenticity of their submitted work.
