AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Introduction

MADANI: Jurnal Kajian Sosial, Budaya, Agama dan Pendidikan accepts articles in the field of education covering various topics and perspectives, including Islamic perspectives. Submitted articles must be original works that have not been previously published or are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Types of Accepted Articles

Original Research: Articles presenting significant empirical research findings in the field of education.
Literature Review: Critical reviews of existing literature, synthesizing current knowledge and identifying research gaps.
Conceptual Articles: Papers developing new theories or offering novel perspectives in educational studies.
Best Practices and Case Studies: Practical experiences and case studies from the implementation of educational strategies.
Commentaries and Perspectives: Opinion pieces, essays, and reflections offering critical or insightful views on current educational issues.
Articles from Islamic Perspectives: Articles examining education from an Islamic viewpoint, including theory, practice, and policy.

Article Structure

Submitted articles must follow the structure below:

Title: The title should be concise, informative, and reflect the content of the article.
Abstract: A maximum of 250 words, including the research objective, methods, results, and conclusion. The abstract must be written in both Indonesian and English.
Keywords: Up to 5 keywords representing the core themes of the article.
Introduction: Explains the background, research purpose, and significance of the study.
Methods: Details the research design, participants, instruments, procedures, and data analysis.
Results: Clearly present the research findings, supported by tables and figures if necessary.
Discussion: Interpret the results, implications, limitations, and recommendations for future research.
Conclusion: A summary of key findings and the study's main message.
Acknowledgments: If applicable, to institutions or individuals who contributed to the research.
References: List of all cited references, formatted according to the latest edition of the APA (American Psychological Association) style.

Formatting Requirements

Document Format: Articles must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
Paper Size: A4 with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
Spacing: 1.5 spacing for the main text, and single spacing for abstract and references.
Page Numbering: All pages should be numbered sequentially.

Submission Procedure

Articles must be submitted through the online submission system of MADANI: Jurnal Kajian Sosial, Budaya, Agama dan Pendidikan. Authors are required to register and log in to upload their manuscripts.

Peer Review Process

All submitted articles will undergo an anonymous peer review (double-blind review). Authors will receive feedback from reviewers and may be required to revise their manuscripts before acceptance.

Publication Ethics

Authors must adhere to high standards of publication ethics. Submissions must be free of plagiarism and must not infringe on copyright. All cited sources must be properly acknowledged.

Copyright Policy

Authors whose articles are accepted retain the copyright of their work. However, by publishing in MADANI: Jurnal Kajian Sosial, Budaya, Agama dan Pendidikan, the authors grant the journal the right of first publication. Authors also retain the right to use, reproduce, and distribute their articles in any medium, provided that proper citation is given to the original publication in MADANI: Jurnal Kajian Sosial, Budaya, Agama dan Pendidikan.
