Integrasi Nilai Agama dalam Pelayanan Kebidanan: Kajian Literatur Sistematis Tentang Spiritual Care dan Kesehatan Maternal

Integrasi nilai-nilai agama dalam pelayanan kebidanan merupakan dimensi penting yang belum banyak diteliti secara sistematis. Kajian literatur sistematis ini menganalisis bagaimana nilai agama dan spiritual care berfungsi dalam pelayanan kebidanan, dengan perhatian khusus pada dampaknya terhadap outcome kesehatan maternal, pendidikan kebidanan, dan pengembangan kompetensi bidan. Dari 47 sumber yang diidentifikasi melalui PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Garuda, dan Neliti, sebanyak 14 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi (2015-2024) dianalisis menggunakan sintesis tematik dengan empat tema analitis: model integrasi, outcome pasien, pengembangan kompetensi bidan, dan tantangan implementasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa spiritual care bukan elemen tambahan, melainkan komponen inti pelayanan kebidanan berkualitas. Nilai agama mendukung otonomi pasien, mengurangi kecemasan maternal, memperkuat ikatan maternal-fetal, dan meningkatkan resiliensi profesional bidan. Kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi kesenjangan signifikan dalam kurikulum kebidanan global dan kebutuhan spesifik perempuan Muslim yang belum terakomodasi secara optimal dalam panduan klinis. Artikel ini menyumbangkan kerangka konseptual multidisipliner yang menjembatani pendidikan agama, kesehatan masyarakat, dan ilmu kebidanan.
