Peran Nilai Keagamaan dalam Membangun Solidaritas Profesi Keperawatan Indonesia: Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Fragmentasi dalam organisasi profesi keperawatan Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan yang menghambat pencapaian tujuan pembangunan kesehatan nasional secara kolektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran nilai keagamaan sebagai kekuatan pemersatu dalam membangun solidaritas profesi keperawatan Indonesia serta kontribusinya terhadap pembangunan nasional melalui kajian literatur sistematis. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan protokol PRISMA 2020, mencakup pencarian komprehensif melalui PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, dan Portal Garuda untuk artikel yang diterbitkan tahun 2015-2024. Dari 2.156 artikel teridentifikasi, sebanyak 58 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan thematic synthesis dengan penilaian kualitas CASP dan Modified Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Analisis mengidentifikasi lima tema utama: (1) nilai keagamaan universal sebagai landasan identitas kolektif profesi; (2) ritual dan tradisi keagamaan memperkuat solidaritas antarprofesi; (3) kepemimpinan berbasis spiritual meningkatkan kohesi organisasi; (4) tata kelola kolaboratif melalui musyawarah-mufakat memperkuat pengambilan keputusan kolektif; serta (5) profesi keperawatan yang bersatu berkontribusi nyata terhadap pembangunan bangsa melalui peningkatan luaran kesehatan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa nilai keagamaan berfungsi sebagai modal sosial yang mampu mentransformasi keberagaman profesi menjadi kekuatan kolektif. Kontribusi teoretis meliputi pengembangan model persatuan profesi berbasis nilai keagamaan yang mengintegrasikan teori kohesi sosial dan teori kepemimpinan spiritual. Kontribusi praktis mencakup rekomendasi program pembinaan spiritual sistematis, mekanisme resolusi konflik berbasis kearifan agama, dan struktur kepemimpinan kolaboratif dalam organisasi profesi keperawatan.
