Integrasi Nilai Agama dalam Pendidikan dan Praktik Keperawatan: Kajian Sistematis Terhadap Spiritualitas, Karakter Profesional dan Outcome Kesehatan

Integrasi nilai agama dalam pendidikan dan praktik keperawatan masih kurang dikaji secara sistematis meskipun bukti dampak transformatifnya terus berkembang. Kajian literatur sistematis ini menganalisis kontribusi nilai agama dan spiritualitas terhadap pembentukan karakter perawat, kualitas pelayanan, dan outcome kesehatan masyarakat. Pencarian sistematis dilakukan pada delapan basis data untuk artikel yang terbit antara 2015 dan 2024. Dari 1.247 artikel yang teridentifikasi, 67 memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan thematic synthesis dengan empat tema analitis: integrasi kurikulum, implementasi spiritual care, spiritualitas dan outcome kesehatan, serta workplace spirituality. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai agama membentuk karakter perawat yang berempati dan profesional lintas latar belakang keagamaan, spiritual care menciptakan hubungan terapeutik bermakna, spiritualitas berkorelasi positif dengan outcome kesehatan pasien, dan workplace spirituality meningkatkan keterlibatan perawat. Kajian ini menyumbangkan kerangka konseptual multidisipliner yang menghubungkan pendidikan agama, pembentukan karakter profesional, dan outcome kesehatan yang terukur.
