Article Processing Charges

ASKES: Jurnal Agama, Sains & Kesehatan  is committed to providing open access to scientific publications while ensuring the sustainability of its operations through author contributions. The publication fee policy is as follows:

Article Submission Fee:
FREE
There is no fee for submitting a manuscript. Authors may submit their articles at no cost, and no charges are incurred during the review process.

Article Processing Charge (APC):
A fee is only charged if the article is ACCEPTED for publication. This fee contributes to the journal’s operational costs, including editorial management, peer review, layout, proofreading, and maintaining open access.

Service Type Fee (IDR) Description
Regular Rp200,000 Standard processing (4–8 weeks, depending on reviewers)
Fast Track Rp300,000 Accelerated process (response within 2 weeks)
Withdrawal Fee (Post-Publication) Rp500,000 Applied if the author withdraws the article after publication, as such action is deemed to show a lack of respect for the scientific publication process

  • The Fast Track option is optional and subject to reviewer availability.

  • There is no difference in editorial quality between regular and fast track services; the difference lies only in processing time.

Payment Method
Bank account details and payment instructions will be provided to the author along with the official acceptance letter. Payment is made only after the article has been accepted, not at the time of submission.

Fee Waiver
The editorial board may grant a fee waiver to:

  • Authors affiliated with partner institutions or collaborative projects.

  • Authors from underdeveloped, frontier, or remote areas (3T regions).

  • Articles of outstanding quality with significant social impact.

Requests for a fee waiver can be submitted along with the manuscript via the journal’s official email, accompanied by a justification and relevant supporting documents.
