Integrasi Nilai Keagamaan dalam Pendidikan Keperawatan Sebagai Fondasi Sistem Kesehatan Nasional: Tinjauan Literatur

Nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam pendidikan keperawatan memiliki potensi strategis untuk membentuk perawat yang tidak hanya kompeten secara klinis, tetapi juga berkarakter dan memiliki kompetensi spiritual yang kuat sebagai fondasi sistem kesehatan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran integrasi nilai keagamaan dalam kurikulum pendidikan keperawatan terhadap kompetensi spiritual perawat dan implikasinya bagi penguatan sistem kesehatan nasional Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan panduan PRISMA 2020, mencakup pencarian literatur melalui PubMed, Scopus, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, Garuda, dan Neliti untuk publikasi tahun 2015 hingga 2024. Dari 284 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 25 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi setelah proses seleksi bertahap oleh dua peneliti independen dengan inter-rater reliability (Cohen's kappa = 0,80). Penilaian kualitas menggunakan Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) menghasilkan 19 artikel (76%) berkualitas tinggi. Analisis tematik mengidentifikasi empat tema utama: (1) kompetensi spiritual perawat dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pelayanan; (2) model integrasi nilai keagamaan dalam kurikulum pendidikan keperawatan; (3) tantangan dan peluang implementasi spiritual care dalam konteks pluralisme Indonesia; serta (4) implikasi kebijakan untuk penguatan sistem kesehatan nasional berbasis nilai. Temuan mengonfirmasi bahwa perawat yang memperoleh pendidikan berbasis nilai keagamaan menunjukkan kompetensi empati, integritas profesional, dan ketangguhan kerja yang lebih tinggi, yang secara kolektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan keberlanjutan sistem kesehatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi modul spiritual care sebagai komponen wajib kurikulum nasional, pengembangan standar kompetensi spiritual perawat yang inklusif terhadap keragaman agama, dan reformasi kebijakan kesehatan yang mengakui dimensi spiritual sebagai bagian integral dari mutu pelayanan.
