Penanaman Nilai Keimanan Sebagai Strategi Pembelajaran Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam Pendidikan Kebidanan: Analisis Literatur

Pendidikan kebidanan dituntut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya kompeten secara teknis, tetapi juga memiliki karakter kepemimpinan transformasional yang kuat. Nilai-nilai keimanan berpotensi menjadi fondasi strategis dalam pembelajaran kepemimpinan transformasional di program studi kebidanan, namun model pedagogisnya belum dikembangkan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran nilai keimanan sebagai strategi pembelajaran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam pendidikan kebidanan dan implikasinya bagi pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan analisis literatur dari basis data PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, dan JSTOR untuk periode 2014–2024. Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang membahas kepemimpinan transformasional, spiritualitas dalam pendidikan kebidanan, dan nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam pembelajaran kesehatan. Proses seleksi menghasilkan 28 artikel berkualitas tinggi yang dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik dan sintesis naratif. Hasil sintesis mengidentifikasi empat tema utama: nilai keimanan sebagai fondasi karakter kepemimpinan dalam kurikulum kebidanan; model pembelajaran berbasis spiritual untuk dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional; strategi pedagogis integrasi nilai keimanan; serta hambatan dan faktor pendukung dalam pembelajaran. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai keimanan secara eksplisit memperkuat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional terutama inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration pada mahasiswa kebidanan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan kebidanan yang menetapkan kompetensi kepemimpinan berbasis nilai keimanan sebagai capaian pembelajaran eksplisit, disertai modul pembelajaran reflektif spiritual, studi kasus kepemimpinan berbasis nilai, dan sistem penilaian karakter kepemimpinan yang terstandar.
