Peran Nilai Keagamaan dalam Pendidikan Keperawatan Terhadap Kompetensi Spiritual Care: Tinjauan Literatur

Kompetensi spiritual care semakin diakui sebagai bagian tak terpisahkan dari praktik keperawatan profesional yang holistik, namun kesenjangan antara kebutuhan spiritual pasien dan kesiapan perawat untuk memenuhinya masih menjadi tantangan yang belum terselesaikan. Nilai keagamaan yang diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem pendidikan keperawatan diyakini memiliki potensi strategis dalam menjembatani kesenjangan tersebut, meskipun kajian yang secara sistematis menelusuri mekanisme kontribusinya masih sangat terbatas. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran nilai keagamaan dalam pendidikan keperawatan terhadap pembentukan kompetensi spiritual care mahasiswa dan perawat, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung, hambatan, dan implikasinya bagi pengembangan kurikulum. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur naratif dengan pendekatan sistematis terhadap 16 artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari basis data Scopus, PubMed, CINAHL, dan repositori jurnal nasional, mencakup publikasi tahun 2021 hingga 2025. Seleksi artikel mengikuti panduan PRISMA 2020 dan penilaian kualitas dilakukan menggunakan instrumen CASP. Analisis tematik mengidentifikasi empat mekanisme utama melalui mana nilai keagamaan berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi spiritual care: internalisasi etika melalui integrasi kurikulum formal, penguatan kecakapan spiritual care melalui pelatihan terstruktur, keteladanan dosen sebagai model peran nilai keagamaan, serta pembentukan identitas profesional berbasis nilai etis dan spiritual. Hambatan yang teridentifikasi mencakup kepadatan kurikulum, keterbatasan kapasitas pengembangan dosen, dan resistensi institusional terhadap pendekatan berbasis nilai agama. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai keagamaan dalam pendidikan keperawatan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pembentukan kompetensi spiritual care yang terukur, dan pengintegrasiannya ke dalam kurikulum secara sistematis merupakan langkah strategis yang mendesak bagi institusi pendidikan keperawatan, khususnya yang beroperasi dalam masyarakat religius seperti Indonesia.
