Integrasi Nilai Spiritual Keagamaan dalam Pembelajaran Keperawatan Holistik: Studi Literatur Tentang Pendidikan Karakter di Program Studi Keperawatan

Pendidikan karakter di program studi keperawatan yang mengintegrasikan nilai spiritual keagamaan berpotensi menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya kompeten secara klinis, tetapi juga mampu memberikan asuhan keperawatan holistik yang bermakna. Namun, integrasi nilai spiritual keagamaan dalam kurikulum pendidikan keperawatan belum dilakukan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran nilai spiritual keagamaan dalam pembelajaran keperawatan holistik dan implikasinya bagi pendidikan karakter di program studi keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan penelusuran terstruktur melalui basis data PubMed, Scopus, CINAHL, dan Google Scholar untuk publikasi tahun 2015–2024. Artikel yang dipilih berbahasa Inggris atau Indonesia, membahas integrasi spiritual dalam pendidikan keperawatan, kompetensi spiritual mahasiswa, dan pendekatan holistik dalam kurikulum keperawatan. Proses seleksi menghasilkan 32 artikel yang dianalisis menggunakan metode tematik dan sintesis naratif. Hasil sintesis mengidentifikasi empat tema utama: nilai spiritual keagamaan sebagai fondasi karakter dalam pembelajaran keperawatan holistik; kompetensi spiritual sebagai capaian pembelajaran yang perlu dibangun; model pembelajaran berbasis spiritual yang efektif; serta hambatan dan faktor pendukung integrasi nilai spiritual dalam kurikulum. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa keperawatan yang mendapatkan pembelajaran berbasis nilai spiritual menampilkan peningkatan kompetensi asuhan holistik, kesadaran diri, dan kesiapan profesional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan restrukturisasi kurikulum pendidikan keperawatan untuk mengintegrasikan kompetensi spiritual sebagai capaian pembelajaran eksplisit, pengembangan instrumen penilaian karakter spiritual mahasiswa, serta penguatan kapasitas dosen dalam mengajarkan dimensi spiritual secara terintegrasi.
