Integrasi Pendidikan Agama dalam Kurikulum Keperawatan: Analisis Literatur Tentang Pengaruh Keyakinan Keagamaan Terhadap KompetensiPelayanan Kesehatan

Pendidikan agama dalam kurikulum keperawatan merupakan komponen strategis yang belum sepenuhnya diintegrasikan secara sistematis di berbagai institusi pendidikan kesehatan, padahal keberagaman keyakinan agama pasien terbukti mempengaruhi kualitas kompetensi dan pelayanan keperawatan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi integrasi pendidikan agama dalam kurikulum keperawatan serta pengaruh keyakinan keagamaan terhadap pengembangan kompetensi spiritual perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang holistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis yang mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020, dengan pencarian literatur melalui basis data PubMed/MEDLINE, CINAHL, Scopus, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, Google Scholar, dan portal Garuda pada periode 2015–2024, menggunakan kriteria inklusi untuk artikel peer-reviewed yang membahas hubungan antara aspek agama/spiritual, pendidikan keperawatan, dan kompetensi pelayanan kesehatan. Analisis terhadap 45 artikel menghasilkan lima tema utama: kompetensi spiritual sebagai konstruk tersendiri yang perlu dibangun melalui pendidikan formal, hambatan dan faktor pendukung dalam pembelajaran lintas agama, dampak kompetensi spiritual terhadap luaran pasien sebagai justifikasi urgensi kurikulum, model pendekatan pendidikan agama dalam keperawatan, serta implikasi kebijakan institusi pendidikan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi pendidikan agama dalam kurikulum keperawatan bukan sekadar pelengkap, melainkan kebutuhan mendasar untuk membangun kompetensi spiritual perawat yang holistik. Pendekatan pendidikan berbasis apresiasi (appreciation-based education) yang mengintegrasikan didactic learning, experiential learning, dan reflective practice terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan pendekatan toleransi konvensional. Implikasi praktis mencakup pembaruan kurikulum pendidikan keperawatan, pengembangan standar kompetensi spiritual dalam akreditasi program studi, dan penetapan persyaratan pendidikan berkelanjutan bagi perawat.
