Nilai Keagamaan Sebagai Fondasi Kompetensi Holistik Perawat: Kajian Literatur Perspektif Pendidikan Agama

Nilai keagamaan yang dihayati secara mendalam oleh tenaga keperawatan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kemampuan advokasi pasien, dan pembentukan identitas profesional yang holistik. Meskipun mayoritas populasi Indonesia berafiliasi kuat dengan agama tertentu, integrasi nilai keagamaan ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan keperawatan dan kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan masih berjalan tidak optimal. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran nilai keagamaan sebagai fondasi pembentukan kompetensi holistik perawat, serta mengkaji bagaimana perspektif pendidikan agama dapat memperkuat spiritual care dan advokasi kebijakan keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis dengan analisis tematik terhadap artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari basis data PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL, dan Google Scholar, mencakup publikasi tahun 2014 hingga 2024. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: pertama, nilai keagamaan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi spiritual care dan kemampuan advokasi perawat secara signifikan; kedua, pendidikan agama yang terstruktur terbukti efektif mentransformasi nilai moral keagamaan menjadi kecakapan profesional yang terukur; dan ketiga, implementasi spiritual care berbasis nilai keagamaan menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap luaran pasien meskipun menghadapi hambatan struktural di tingkat institusi. Kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian yang signifikan, yaitu dominasi studi dari konteks Barat dan minimnya representasi tradisi keagamaan non-Kristen seperti Islam, Hindu, dan Buddha. Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai keagamaan ke dalam kurikulum keperawatan bukan sekadar pelengkap, melainkan kebutuhan mendesak untuk mewujudkan perawat yang kompeten secara holistik, peka secara spiritual, dan efektif sebagai advokat kebijakan kesehatan yang humanis.
