Integrasi Spiritualitas dan Embriologi dalam Pendidikan Kebidanan: Analisis Literatur dan Implikasi Kurikulum

Embriologi sebagai cabang ilmu yang menelaah perkembangan manusia dari konsepsi hingga kelahiran telah berkembang pesat secara saintifik, namun integrasi perspektif spiritual dalam pengajaran embriologi kebidanan belum memperoleh perhatian kurikuler yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana integrasi spiritualitas dan embriologi dapat memperkuat pendidikan kebidanan serta merumuskan implikasinya bagi pengembangan kurikulum. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan analisis tematik. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Scopus menggunakan kata kunci spiritual embryology, holistic midwifery education, science spirituality integration health, dan embryogenesis spiritual care, mencakup publikasi tahun 2015 hingga 2024. Seleksi literatur menggunakan panduan PRISMA 2020 dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat; hanya sumber bereputasi berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris yang diikutsertakan. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik mengikuti tahapan Braun dan Clarke melalui koding, pengelompokan tema, dan sintesis narasi. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: pertama, keselarasan perspektif saintifik dan spiritual dalam memahami embriogenesis; kedua, implikasi etis integrasi spiritualitas terhadap penelitian embriologi; serta ketiga, pengembangan model asuhan kebidanan berbasis spiritualitas yang didukung pemahaman embriologis. Temuan secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kebidanan yang memiliki literasi spiritual embriologi mendemonstrasikan empati yang lebih tinggi, kualitas konseling prenatal yang lebih baik, serta kapasitas pengambilan keputusan etis yang lebih kuat. Kajian ini merekomendasikan integrasi komponen spiritual embriologi sebagai kompetensi kurikuler eksplisit dalam pendidikan kebidanan, didukung pengembangan instrumen evaluasi kompetensi holistik yang terstandar.
