Pendidikan Berbasis Nilai Spiritual untuk Penguatan Kompetensi Advokasi Mahasiswa Kebidanan: Tinjauan Literatur

Pendidikan kebidanan dituntut menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak sekadar kompeten secara klinis, tetapi juga mampu berperan aktif sebagai advokat kesehatan ibu. Salah satu pendekatan yang mulai mendapat perhatian dalam literatur pendidikan kesehatan adalah integrasi nilai spiritual ke dalam kurikulum, sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter dan komitmen sosial mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mensintesis literatur mengenai peran pendidikan berbasis nilai spiritual dalam membentuk dan memperkuat kompetensi advokasi mahasiswa kebidanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis mengikuti protokol PRISMA, dengan pencarian artikel pada basis data Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan DOAJ. Rentang waktu publikasi yang digunakan adalah 2019 hingga 2024, dengan bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris sebagai kriteria inklusi. Dari 812 artikel yang teridentifikasi awal, sebanyak 41 artikel memenuhi seluruh kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil sintesis menghasilkan empat tema utama: (1) nilai spiritual sebagai pembentuk identitas profesional mahasiswa kebidanan, (2) integrasi spiritualitas dalam kurikulum pendidikan kesehatan sebagai strategi pembentukan kompetensi advokasi, (3) peran komunitas dan lingkungan belajar berbasis nilai dalam menguatkan motivasi advokasi, serta (4) spiritualitas sebagai sumber resiliensi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan praktik klinik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan nilai spiritual secara sistemik terbukti memperkuat orientasi altruistik, empati klinis, dan kesiapan mahasiswa untuk terlibat dalam advokasi kesehatan ibu. Pendekatan ini relevan dikembangkan dalam konteks pendidikan kebidanan di Indonesia yang berpijak pada nilai keagamaan dan kearifan lokal. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup perlunya reorientasi kurikulum kebidanan dan pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis nilai spiritual yang terstandar.
