Dimensi Spiritual dalam Pelayanan Kebidanan Holistik: Tinjauan Antropologi Teologis dan Implikasi Kurikulum

Pelayanan kebidanan holistik yang mengintegrasikan dimensi fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual telah diakui sebagai standar global oleh International Confederation of Midwives, namun kurikulum pendidikan kebidanan di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas dalam memuat fondasi filosofis yang menjelaskan mengapa dimensi spiritual merupakan bagian esensial dari asuhan, bukan sekadar pelengkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis landasan antropologi teologis sebagai fondasi filosofis pelayanan kebidanan holistik serta merumuskan implikasinya bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan kebidanan, khususnya pada komponen pendidikan agama. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan naratif-integratif. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui PubMed, CINAHL, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci theological anthropology, holistic midwifery philosophy, spiritual care maternal health, dan religious education health curriculum, mencakup publikasi tahun 2019–2024. Seleksi literatur menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang terstruktur, dan hanya sumber bereputasi yang diikutsertakan. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik mengikuti tahapan Braun dan Clarke melalui koding, pengelompokan tema, dan sintesis narasi. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi empat dimensi antropologi teologis yang relevan bagi kebidanan holistik, yakni dimensi ontologis tentang keutuhan manusia, dimensi aksiologis tentang martabat inherent perempuan, dimensi relasional tentang jaringan hubungan yang membentuk kesehatan, serta dimensi teleologis tentang makna reproduksi dalam kerangka tujuan hidup. Keempat dimensi ini secara konsisten berkorespondensi dengan prinsip-prinsip pelayanan kebidanan holistik yang berbasis bukti. Kajian ini merekomendasikan integrasi fondasi antropologi teologis sebagai komponen kurikuler eksplisit dalam pendidikan kebidanan, didukung metode pembelajaran reflektif dan instrumen evaluasi kompetensi spiritual yang terstandar.
