Penguatan Karakter Profesional Bidan Berbasis Nilai Taqwa: Kajian Literatur Kurikulum Pendidikan Kebidanan

Pendidikan kebidanan di Indonesia masih cenderung menitikberatkan pengembangan kompetensi teknis dan klinis, sementara dimensi karakter dan nilai spiritual belum terintegrasi secara sistematis ke dalam kurikulum. Kesenjangan ini berimplikasi pada lulusan yang terampil secara prosedural namun lemah pada aspek integritas moral dan empati profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana nilai taqwa dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan kebidanan sebagai fondasi penguatan karakter profesional bidan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, berpedoman pada framework PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui database Google Scholar, PubMed, dan SINTA menggunakan kata kunci: spiritual values in midwifery education, professional character midwife, taqwa curriculum, dan holistic midwifery competency. Kriteria inklusi meliputi publikasi tahun 2015–2024, berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris, dan relevan dengan topik penelitian. Sebanyak 23 artikel memenuhi syarat dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi empat tema utama: pertama, taqwa sebagai basis etika profesi yang mendorong integritas dan tanggung jawab; kedua, asuhan spiritual sebagai kompetensi inti yang diakui oleh standar internasional maupun nasional; ketiga, model integrasi nilai spiritual ke dalam kurikulum kebidanan yang mencakup pendekatan horizontal, vertikal, dan berbasis pengalaman; keempat, tantangan implementasi yang meliputi resistensi paradigma, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan absennya instrumen evaluasi kompetensi spiritual yang terstandar. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai taqwa ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan kebidanan bukan sekadar muatan keagamaan, melainkan komponen strategis pembentukan karakter profesional yang holistik, sejalan dengan standar kompetensi bidan Indonesia dan definisi bidan internasional.
