Abstract

Pembelajaran etika profesi keperawatan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan berpotensi membentuk etos kerja dan budaya kerja bermartabat yang lebih kokoh dibandingkan pendekatan etika sekuler konvensional. Namun, model internalisasi nilai keagamaan dalam kurikulum pendidikan keperawatan belum dikembangkan secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran internalisasi nilai keagamaan dalam pembelajaran etika profesi keperawatan untuk membentuk etos kerja dan budaya kerja bermartabat pada calon perawat. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan analisis publikasi ilmiah dari basis data PubMed, Scopus, CINAHL, dan Google Scholar periode 2015–2024, mengadaptasi pedoman PRISMA. Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang membahas nilai keagamaan, etika keperawatan, etos kerja, dan pendidikan keperawatan yang telah melalui proses peer-review. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan tematik dan sintesis naratif. Hasil sintesis mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: (1) nilai keagamaan sebagai fondasi pembentukan etos kerja dalam pendidikan keperawatan; (2) model internalisasi nilai keagamaan dalam pembelajaran etika profesi; dan (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat internalisasi nilai keagamaan di institusi pendidikan keperawatan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai keagamaan melalui kurikulum etika profesi memperkuat motivasi intrinsik, komitmen pelayanan, dan sikap adil mahasiswa keperawatan. Pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis nilai yang mengintegrasikan dimensi spiritual dengan kompetensi profesional terbukti lebih efektif dalam membentuk karakter calon perawat. Implikasi penelitian mencakup rekomendasi bagi institusi pendidikan keperawatan untuk mengembangkan kurikulum etika profesi yang secara eksplisit mengintegrasikan nilai keagamaan sebagai fondasi pembentukan etos kerja dan budaya kerja bermartabat.
